Return Merchandise Authorization

Of course we hope that all items in your order are to your satisfaction. It may happen that an item is not the right size for you or that the model or color is not to your liking. In such cases you can return the order: withdraw from the agreement.

Via this link we ask you to register your return. By registering, you indicate that you are invoking the right of withdrawal, we know that your order is being returned and we have all the details for a smooth processing. This is also convenient for you, because all information about the return is known to us.

Is your question not about an item return, but about a defect you are experiencing with an item? Then look at the questions under the heading "warranty". If an item is defective in a way that should not happen with improper use, poor maintenance or wear and tear, we will of course see what we can do for you.

Return period

Please note: All purchases made between November 15th and December 17th have an extended return period of 30 days due to the holidays.

Our orders are subject to the right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the package. You can easily invoke the right of withdrawal through the returns portal. Another way to do this is by sending an unequivocal statement by email. The advantage of submitting online is that all information is known to us and the processing of your return is expedited.

After you have registered your return or informed us via the unambiguous statement that you wish to revoke your order, the return package must be sent within fourteen days. Once you have registered your return with us, you will receive an email with further return instructions.

Return conditions

During these 14 days you can try on a product indoors to evaluate the product. Products from the sports underwear category where the seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Personalized items may also not be returned. This therefore excludes these products from the right of withdrawal.

If you have done more than was necessary to try the product, we may charge you for it. Products you return should not contain any signs of use.

Please note! If we receive an item back, the packaging of the item and the item itself must still be saleable to us. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to deduct an amount for this from the refund. If you return the order in full, but without the item received for free, we will deduct the retail value of the item received for free from the refund.

Processing your return

If you withdraw from the contract in its entirety, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) back from us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded.

We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are in time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Refund of your return

We will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have proven that you have sent them the return.
